Great location, lacking personal touch
It was close to hakata station, quick taxi to the airport as well. Kept our bags for a few hours before check-in
On check-in we were pointed to the machines, no information on what the cafe/deli within the hotel was about because it felt like they didn't want to interact with us. Sink is outside the bathroom which doesn't feel the most hygienic

The cost of the room is competitive in such season. The staff is really nice and helpful.
1.The dead corner of the room (like the edge of the bed) is really dusty. The cleanliness is something which can be improved. 2.The space of the room is just ok for 2 people. More than two (like you have kids with you) will be too crowded.

Perfect for a quick trip in Fukuoka!
Very close to a strip of restaurants and a 7-minute walk to Hakata Station. Provided infused water all day, which was very nice! Laundry facilities on site. Room was small but had full length mirror and coat rack space to use for luggage storage.
