Great location, lacking personal touch
It was close to hakata station, quick taxi to the airport as well. Kept our bags for a few hours before check-in
On check-in we were pointed to the machines, no information on what the cafe/deli within the hotel was about because it felt like they didn't want to interact with us. Sink is outside the bathroom which doesn't feel the most hygienic

Cozy and tidy hotel. Ideal for short stays in Fukuoka
The staff is very kind and ready to help, the rooms are clean and cozy and the breakfast is excellent. Hakata is also very close, making it really easy if you want to travel anywhere inside or near Fukuoka.
The location is a bit hard to find, easy to miss, if you go only by online navigation. The rooms could be a bit larger: there is hardly any space to move around when your luggage is out, and there is no space to unpack your things. Also, the only available check-in option is digital check-in at a kiosk, which would be ok, if only it did not require help from the stuff anyway (since the UX is not so smooth). Note that while I listed a lot of things, these are pretty much just minor annoyances.

Perfect for a quick trip in Fukuoka!
Very close to a strip of restaurants and a 7-minute walk to Hakata Station. Provided infused water all day, which was very nice! Laundry facilities on site. Room was small but had full length mirror and coat rack space to use for luggage storage.
